RecommendedJust wanted to give a little info about my recent visit to the ER. I am currently recovering from a total knee replacement that was done at Baystate 7 days ago. I live in Westfield. I have a history of blood clots in that leg. When my PT tech came to the house he was concerned about the size and warmth of my calf. Waited 4 hours with my mom only to finally have a rude dr say it could be a blood clot but we don’t have anyone to do an ultrasound go to another hospital or come back tomorrow really what a joke
The 3rd shift doctor wouldn’t listen to us and almost killed my mom
I was intimidated in an already stressful situation. I wouldn’t send a bug there.
They took great care of me , expect for the part instead of sending me a bill to pay they sent it to a debt collector instead. Very shady on their part.
