We called baystate last sunday when it was 95 and they were the only ones to call back. Two of their guys came out and had our old ac back on within the hour, they even cleaned up the outside unit and we scheduled an appointment to have our gas boiler serviced. Thx again guys! 🙏
I have HIGHLY recommend BCHC/James Lapointe to coworkers, family, and friends. I had a CO2 leak in my new house, and needed it fixed ASAP. James was at my house very quick, and went through the whole process with me. He even made recommendations for future upgrades. Never-mind the excellent work he did, the education he gave me was worth the extremely well priced cost. Your making a mistake if you call anyone else!
Had the pleasure of finding BCHC doing an online search last summer. Of course our central AC went out on the hottest day of the summer. James showed up very shortly after we talked on the phone. I would recommend Baystate Comfort/James Lapointe to all my friends. He provided an excellent quote with several options and explained everything. We decided to have the Buderus GC-144 boiler and a hot water tank installed. James did an excellent job and it was completed in two days. Nothing was left behind...the place was left immaculate. We could not be happier with the work that was done.
Baystate was one of 4 bids I got to replace a 40+ year old boiler. James was the person who came to give the bid and he was the only one who listened to what I wanted, explained the options to me, and actually did a heat loss on the house.
