The amount of time you wait is unacceptable. They bring you in a room and you sit. My son had a 3pm appt today and here it is after 4pm and we are still waiting for a doctor to come in. If you mention it to them, they act like you have a lot of nerve asking what's up. It's rude and if I was running this late, they'd turn us away. They have no concept of having to get to work or night school.
