Ordered some OE vehicle accessories online for dealer pick-up rather than shipping as I am local to Queens. Got the "ready for pick-up" email about a week later. It was my first time visiting this dealer/service department. There is customer parking available, friendly and helpful staff was a plus as well. Entry/exit driveway is not low/stance vehicle friendly, however! Overall positive experience and will be ordering more parts/accessories in the future.
Great place, but do plan on staying there all day if you don't have a ride
The attitude of the front desk is not particularly bad. Very arrogant. Very rude. I don't want to come here again.
