Everyone at Bayside was professional, patient, knowledgeable and wonderfully easy to deal with. Especially Shannon! I was in and out, yet everyone was thorough and everything got done. I recommend them without hesitation.
We had a visit at Bay Side. I loved how my son was treated. Shannon and Dr Wallace was very calming like no big deal yet my son had decent cut on his head. Shannon made a great bond with my son. Just being there for short time. We ran into Shannon a few days later and my son greater him with a hug! Thanks guys!

We are on vacation from out of state, my daughter came down with an ear ache. Googled urgent care, Bayside came up, so we tried here first. They took our insurance, saw my daughter quickly and had her prescription to the nearest Walgreen's quickly. Very satisfied with their care and services.
Very clean facility. Professional, caring staff. Concerned and informed physicians. The wait was not long either. My PCP couldn't get me in, so, I went to Bayside. I was impressed. If the need arises, that's where I'll go again.
