I actually took the time to look at the house was told to put an application in took me about two days to put it In, And was told by the lady to put the application in so she know I am serious went and got a money order for application fee of 50 dollars. The next day I heard nothing about three days later I text and she said she was checking references after another couple days I text and called was ignored and sent to answer machine. Expect no upgrades, even when needed. Cheap on repairs. Dishonest. Poor communicator. If you must rent with them, document everything. I await the end of my lease.
