Had an MRI done, Went to check it on the myGov health system and it wasn’t uploaded. On calling bayside radiology about it, I was informed that their system doesn’t upload it but they’re quite happy for me to come in and get it and uploaded it myself. I didn’t think that’s how myGov health worked, that you had to upload your own stuff. Very disappointing
Wife called bayside radiology to ask if they done specific mri and another test,receptionist said she'd find out and put her on hold,came back and said yes,waited a week for bayside to call back with an appointment time which didn't happen so called them back and were told they don't do all the tests and it was in notes to contact us, which wasted a week. Very poor service
Please pass on my BIG Thanks to all The Radiology, Doctor and CT staff (Sorry couldn't get your names) that looked after me on April Fools Day. Thankfully my appointment was 3.10 pm and not before 12 noon. They were all so kind, caring, courteous and helpful. My vein couldn't be found for a CT Scan and it was no problem for them to do a quick ultrasound but here was I feeling so guilty holding everyone up because of this and also the waiting patients.
