Had a lung CT on Saturday morning November 8 , as of Friday 21 st , my clinic has not received the results. I find this delay too long and totally unacceptable.
Terrible, disgusting and disrespectful service. No client care what so ever. Important documents and scans have to be chased up a number of time on very serious issues. They have no duty of care, I would advice anyone to go literally anywhere else.
booked me in for an ultrasound on a day where the person trained in the type i needed wasn't in, and had me sitting in the waiting room for nearly 20 minutes before they told me that.
I needed a cortisone injection in my shoulder, phoned for an appointment and got one for the following day! Lovely caring staff, everything was explained and was fast, efficient and almost pain-free! Probably one of the pleasantest medical experiences I've ever had. Great job
