RecommendedThe doctors are wonderful and caring. However, the physical therapy group can be rude and ignore you if they get busy. I sat for 20 minutes on my last visit waiting on one of the therapists to finish the session they started after knee surgery. He completely ignored me sitting there with no instruction and continued with his next patient. I canceled the sessions I had left for this reason. RecommendedMy husband and I were seen yesterday with Dr. Carter. We were very pleased with our visit. Dr. Carter is the BEST! He did my total right knee replacement, best thing I ever did! I can Zumba, line dance, exercise without pain. Now for my visit, some how I pulled my a muscle behind my left knee. Just needs time to heal. My husband got a shot in his right shoulder for pain relief from arthritis. He said it felt better right away. We can not say enough about how everyone at the office is so nice and all so very helpful. We highl... read more

This is the ONLY orthopaedic I have ever called and refused an appointment. The receptionist who answered to make my appointment asked me a few questions then diagnosed my issue as back problem and said she would not an make appointment. I didn’t realize receptionist made these decisions.
