We have been blessed with the caring skills of both Dr. Carter and Dr. Determann. Both are not only exemplary surgeons but also fine Christian men. I had offered up prayers of my own before surgery but when Dr. Determann took my hand in his and spoke a beautiful prayer for both of us, I knew we had God with us. The office staff reflects the peace and harmony these two inspire. Dr. Determann worked with me for several years to heal tennis elbow. I ended up having surgery after our many attempts of non-surgical treatments. I’m happy to say my elbow is 100% better & I am pain free!! I highly recommend Dr. Determann & if I have any future orthopedic issues, I will be seeing him for help.
My 9 year old has had multiple injuries and now asks for Josh Wing by name! As a mom, I can’t express how comforting it is to be able to trust that she will always be in excellent hands. Not only is Josh extremely thorough, gentle, and caring when evaluating my daughter, he takes his time to explain his findings to both of us and ensures we both feel comfortable with the treatment plan. Thanks to Josh and the rest of the incredible team, she has quickly gotten back to doing what she loves-dance and gymnastics!
They worked in a timely manner and staff was awesome.
The doctors are wonderful and caring. However, the physical therapy group can be rude and ignore you if they get busy. I sat for 20 minutes on my last visit waiting on one of the therapists to finish the session they started after knee surgery. He completely ignored me sitting there with no instruction and continued with his next patient. I canceled the sessions I had left for this reason. My husband and I were seen yesterday with Dr. Carter. We were very pleased with our visit. Dr. Carter is the BEST! He did my total right knee replacement, best thing I ever did! I can Zumba, line dance, exercise without pain. Now for my visit, some how I pulled my a muscle behind my left knee. Just needs time to heal. My husband got a shot in his right shoulder for pain relief from arthritis. He said it felt better right away. This is the ONLY orthopaedic I have ever called and refused an appointment. The receptionist who answered to make my appointment asked me a few questions then diagnosed my issue as back problem and said she would not an make appointment. I didn’t realize receptionist made these decisions.
