I wished I can give them negative stars, Mm-hmm. Okay. I visited this clinic for pain. I was disappointed with the overall experience. Communication at check-in felt unprofessional. During the visit, I felt my concerns weren't addressed at all. I was hoping for a thorough physical exam, but left uncertain about my injury. I hope the clinic improves communication and patient care.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office. I scheduled a 12:00 p.m. appointment for a pre-employment drug screen and a mandatory TB questionnaire for a healthcare position. I already had a valid TB test, but I still needed the physician to review the questionnaire and complete the required paperwork. When I checked in, I specifically showed the receptionist the questionnaire and asked if the physician would be able to fill it out. She initially told me yes. A couple of days ago I called this facility to see if they takes my insurance and the person on the other end of the phone said they do. I come there tonight and there is a lady with her two children inside already. I pull the door, but it's locked. Spanish guy at the desk is on the phone. A minute or so passes by and he then puts phone down I assume because it is no longer at his ear. He calls lady up and then hands her some forms to fill out. I was filling out paperwork in the lobby to be seen by a provider and they told me I had to leave because I had flu symptoms and offered me a virtual appointment instead. Not real sure how they’re going to administer any tests or do a real exam virtually. Avoid this place.
