What a horrible experience we have had...the wait time was just as long as an emergency room visit, even though there were only about 4 people in there. Then, they did my daughter's xrays, which came back inconclusive for a fracture. I don't think the dr knew how to read the xray results (?). So, I got a referral to CHLA for a pediatric orthopoedist. I went back to Bayside to sign the medical authorization to release my daughter's records to CHLA, which I did, and they said they would fax the records over for me. But they wo... read more
This place isn't open 24 hours and looks unhygienic. People that need the care are clearly deceived
The two ladies and the man who are sitting on reception are very rude
This place tell my employer they been trying to contact me , but I don’t answer or call back for my appointment.when they haven’t called me .Puts me In A situation at work. Yes it’s true if u don’t have a mask they don’t let u in or u can buy one for a dollar from them . Lol . Other place just give you one to come in . Also appointment are useless it’s same thing if I just walk in to see the doctor..the front desk staff member guy makes everything complicated when it’s simply and he doesn’t look happy to work there too .
