Our heat decided to stop working on a Friday night the weekend before a snow storm was coming. Saturday morning I googled HVAC companies & just started going down the line calling places that said they took emergencies. On my 6th call someone finally answered & it was the wonderful folks at Bayside. Kevin stepped up during a high demand week to fit in fixing our heat pump, which failed just as family was coming to stay with us for Christmas. He explained what was wrong, what he could do from stopgap solution to long-term planning, and followed through, answering all questions patiently.
Kevin and Bayside are fantastic! We started working with the company about 2-3 years ago and have had a really positive experience. They are reliable, trustworthy, on time and very good with communication. They have always taken the time to explain things going on with our heating and AC units and answer any questions that we have. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC service.
