Edit: this review is on behalf of my fiance. It's absolutely ridiculous that a negative review gets responded to within seconds of posting, meanwhile patients can sit on hold for 40 minutes and get hung-up on twice during that time. All the while nobody responds in a timely manner through the provided messaging app or answers the phone in a reasonable time frame. Good to see the priorities are straight here. Every encounter I have is always is great one at Bayside Gynecology. Dr Gupta is always pleasant and caring . She’s a good listener and always handles whatever issue or needs that I need addressed. It’s a very pleasant atmosphere and very welcoming. I recommend her and her staff they are the best.
I've been seeing Dr. Gupta for 2 years and dealing with her and with her staff (to make appointments, etc.) is always pleasant and efficient. Dr. Gupta is attentive to any questions or concerns about test reports, listens and explains well. She follows up messages on the patient portal promptly. Highly recommend!
