I'm hesitant to leave such a glowing review because I dont want people to blow up my spot, BUT this place is the best!! I have lived at Bayside Gardens off and on for the past 10 years, I am pleased to say that it has always felt like home. Although ownership has changed hands a few times, the charm of the building and the professionalism of the management team has remained exceptional. This is hands down the best apartment complex in Tacoma.

This is a review of our apartment manager, Makenzi Cook, who took over management just a few months ago. She is both competent and kind, which makes my existence at this beautiful complex that much nicer. In short, having a good manager makes this apartment feel so much more like a home than just a place I rent. Thanks Makenzi!

Nice view of the Puget Sound, but that's all. Very dated, century old accommodations. I had lived here a while ago, Sally was the manager that time, later - Chris. They were nice. But after Chris only rude people became managers. And if Targa took over - nothing good should be expected. I know Targa toooo well, having had only problems with them.
