What a dump! Surly staff, stained carpet, dirty restroom. TV blaring in the gross, loud, overcrowded waiting room. Person who checked in my 90 year old dad didn’t explain any of the paperwork she told him to sign and made him transcribe a long printed list of medications. I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone, especially an elderly person.
RecommendedTed Palumbo IS awesome. Unfortunatey, Kevin Palumbo's front desk person (if there is such a thing) never answers the phone and doesn't return phone calls. So much for my procedure scheduled for September 4. I'm trying to find out whether it is outpatient at Staniford Street or inpatient at Roger Williams Hospital. I think I'll call someone else.
