Not managed well at all - constant mistakes. Unacceptably unprofessional and inexperienced reception staff make repeated mistakes, from incorrect invoices, to incorrect appointment reminders ( sometimes for past appointments! ) and incorrect information. Doctors are young and in my experience, inexperienced. I have had around 20 skin cancers successfully removed in my lifetime by other doctors without issue, but the only unsuccessful procedure was done by one of Bayside Dermatology doctors. Unbelievable service. My doctor told me I needed to go see her again in 6 weeks or 6 month. I couldn't remember which, so I called and ask them if they could ask the dermatologist and they said they couldn't, so I have to book another $300 appointment to see when was the next appointment. Now I'm literally being forced to go to my GP to get a referral to a different dermatologist because out of principle I can't pay $300 to ask when is my next appointment. That is crazy behavior!
