Dental 1 was great. I am terrified of going to the Dentist and the hygienist worked with me and was extremely accomodating. The doctor was knowledgable and empathetic. I cannot wait to go back.
Excellent as usual. Efficient, friendly and caring are just a few words to express my experience at Dental 1 RI.
I came in for a cleaning and was greeted at the front desk politely by Heidi. After presenting my insurance card, Danielle came to get me promptly. She took good care of me and instructed me on various ways to improve my teeth habits. The staff is always very personable and approachable. They are professional and get you in & out quickly. In addition, they are helpful with recommendations on insurance questions and follow Doctor Melfi's lead in friendliness.
I love this dentist office and wish I knew about this office many years ago. I had extensive dental work done recently and it was a great experience. I was felt at ease and Dr. Melfie and his staff are by far the best in the business!!
Everything was just wonderful. From the greeting at the door , to the work provided, to the exit . Thank you for taking good care of me.
Dr. Melfi and his staff are absolutely amazing in so many ways!!! From Dr. Melfi's fantastic bedside manner to his advanced tmj knowlege, I am on my way to recovery. But most of all, thank you so much for never giving up on me!! My advice to anyone suffering with chronic tmj pain is to meet with Dr. Melfi and his staff...you will not be disappointed! :) xoxo
