I have been a patient of Dr. Gregg Melfi since 1995 when I suffered a brutal injury to my teeth and gums.Dr.Melfi even fought for me with the insurance company who said I was too old for the thousands of dollars worth of work needed. They are so nice and friendly. They listen to your concerns and help in any way that they can.
I had a completely painless root canal at dental1. Afterwards I had absolutely no discomfort, not even soreness.
Donna does a thorough job, Everone is so friendly there and they have State of the Art equipment. It actually is a joy to go to the dentist at Dental 1.
I want everyone to know about the great experience I had at Dental1 RI. Dr Melfi and his staff were kind, considerate and very helpful. Heidi was the sweetest receptionist I have had the pleasure to meet. I was made to feel relaxed, cared about and listened to. I appreciate4 Dr. Melfi's compassionate concern about my anxiety issues. The dental suite is very modern with the latest equipment. His staff is super!
I was impressed with the professional and welcoming atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Dr. Melfi went to great lengths to ensure my comfort before, during, and after my procedure. His assistant also made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend going to Dental 1 RI for cleanings and all dental related care. You will receive excellent service and will feel more relaxed afterward than when you came in. The lemon scented face cloths are a really nice touch.
Professional services, facility and people, state of the art computerized equipment, Im impressed with every visit. If it wasn't for the special cleaning/exam ad for $59. I would of never found you-thank you.
Outstanding dental practice. I recently moved to Bristol from Boston and have had a life long fear of dentists and dental procedures. In addition I would leave the Boston dental practices with a sense of shame for not taking better care of my teeth. In Dr. Melfi's care I not only felt safe, I truely did not feel pain. What ever was used to numb my mouth really worked. I also did not feel shamed by him and his staff.
