You’d think paying $1000+ a month with hundreds of renters Bayside Apartment Homes & Countryview West Apartments wouldn’t have such a crappy pool that is obviously not taken care of! Why even have it open if you’re going to allow the growth of algae! Glad we won’t be signing another lease with this company! Don’t get me started on the people that live here, I didn’t want to believe what others said but It’s certainly the Hilltop in Hilliard...Unacceptable! Now my kids are crying because all they wanted to do was go swim...
RecommendedI’ve been here 2 1/2 years. The staff is great. No problems with neighbors. But the geese are a problem. There’s so many of them and nothing is done. The pool has went downhill. Very dirty the last two years and no pool monitor.
The Staff is Horrible!!. BEWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU , A LOT OF MONEY BEFORE YOU EVEN MOVE. $650 FOR MOVING. $200 APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL. AND THE FIRST MONTH RENT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. HIDDEN CHARGES... -Landlord Obligation Fee. -Prorate Landlord Obligation Fee. -Community Utility Fee. -Prorate Community Utility Fee. I have seen a lot tenants complaining about their safety.
They are the worst, definitely not worth $1200 and will not be signing another year lease

It's taken 3 days to fix my air conditioner...despite them giving me a time frame.
