We are currently renting one of the newest Jet Skis on the market, the 2018 Kawasaki 1500cc. Capable of carrying up to 3 people (as long as weight limit is not exceeded) and of ripping across the waves at as much as 50mph. You will not find a more exciting ride on the water, and we provide plenty of space to let 'em rip. The staff and dock crew were awesome. very friendly, thorough and processed the paperwork, deposits and contracts fast! We will definitely rent from here again. The location is perfect too, gives you a lot of options of where in the bay to go.
What a wonderful experience from the time we walked in until we returned, amazing staff and the owners there are no words, the staff took the time to explain everything to us and took time to answer our questions, highly recommend, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, if you use anyone else you didn’t use the best as the owners exceptional ❤️❤️❤️
Terrible Customer Service! I wrote a 5 star review last year and now feel the need to change it because of the poor service. We were on the cancelation list and they called us at 5:45pm 2 nights before and said they had a 4 hour spot open up the next day. My wife accepted and we were good right? NOOO, on our way to the rental we called to confirmed the rental and they acted like they had no idea about it. I got there and spoke with the owner, Chad, and he was very arrogant and condescending. Rented 2 jet skis and a pontoon boat. My family & I had a great time! The guides are friendly & helpful. Will definitely come back next summer!
