The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional - they were shouting and giving misinformation
They have no ethics as a doctor, only money. Even when your pet is diagnosed with advanced cancer, they still ask you to pay for a checkup. I do not recommend this pet hospital.
It’s such a shame to be writing this, because up until now I’ve always had fantastic experiences with this clinic and its vets. Unfortunately, my visit today was awful. I brought my dog in because he developed a lump on his back, and I simply wanted to know if it was something I should be concerned about. Instead of receiving reassurance or even a basic explanation, I was spoken to in a way that was incredibly condescending and dismissive. Huge thanks to Dr. Chan, Ray and the lovely lady at the clinic for their quick and compassionate help with the stray kitten I found near the Rhodes construction site. They were incredibly kind and generous in sharing their knowledge and advice, which made a big difference. Thanks to them, we now have a new furry family member.
We today took our cat to Bayside Animal Hospital in Rhodes for vaccinations and were very pleased with the experience. The hospital was exceptionally clean and well-organized, and the staff were all very friendly and professional. The nurse (Nara) who assisted us was particularly kind and attentive. We are very happy with the care provided and the overall attitude of the team. Highly recommend.
