We can’t thank Dr. Jenny Chu and the team enough for taking such wonderful care of our dog. Dr. Jenny was incredibly thorough, kind, and gentle, and somehow managed to keep our very nervous dog calm throughout the procedure. The follow-up was so prompt, and it was obvious she genuinely cares. She treated our furry family member like her own, and that meant so much to us. We’re so grateful and highly recommend Dr. Jenny to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate vet. Thank you!

Thank you to the amazing team for taking such good care of my cat, My cat is very difficult to handle, but everyone was so patient, kind, and understanding. A special thank you to Dr Don, Dr Jenny, and Dr Peggy for all their help, support, and care. They always took the time to answer my questions via email and calls. I’d also like to thank one of the nurses/reception staff (I wish I remembered her name!) who was incredibly kind and caring. Vet bills are never cheap anywhere. I recently took my dog to Bayside Animal Hospital as she was experiencing severe pain during her heat. We saw Dr Jenny Chu and she was extremely helpful and professional. She addressed all concerns I expressed to her and immediately booked out time for surgery to treat them all on the same day. My dog is reactive and a bite risk but the staff handled her so well with kindness and understanding. I am so grateful and thankful to them.
