They really don't care about you. Staff never gives a call back, barely picks up the phone when calling them.

I hope these reviews will draw the attention of the owners so they can replace their incompetent staff so the patients can get to the doctors they want to see.
I have been calling for 2 days trying to schedule an appointment at both offices and the staff is so rude that they don’t even say hello can I place you on hold - they just pick up the phone and place you on hold forever. Yesterday I spent 18min on hold, then 15, then 30, then I gave up. Today same thing! I called both Miami and Doral offices. WHAT A SHAME! The most incompetent stuff. They give zero effs about you . I asked to send my prescription to pharmacy and they couldn't figure out how optum rx works. Never had issues with other med facilities for it. I was running off birth control pills and asked to rush it (sent request 2 weeks in advance). Nurse was supposed to give me a call. Nothing.
