Worst experience ever!! I'm sorry but First and last time that Im going there. Doctor Pen was ok. But the staff is rude and unprofessional. It would be better if they at least clean the place.
I just moved to Milwaukee two weeks ago. My realtor recommended a doctor at Bayshore, so I made an appointment. Unfortunately, in the craziness of living in a new house, when it was time to head to the doctor, I discovered that I had locked myself out of the garage. I immediately called the doctor's office to reschedule. It was 12:40 and my appointment was at 1:00. Worst clinic ever do not take your kids here!!!!!! Gives wrong meds and when my baby had broncidis!!!!!
I would agree with the opinions of those below. The women working here are rude and unprofessional. I took my child for his two month check up this weekend and the girl at the front looked completely right through me as if I were not there and walked to the walk. She did not attend me ; there I had to look for someone to help me. There is so much you can take when one is nice and polite to these girls and are there and are uncourteous. The only reason I take my children there is because of Dr. Syal. She is a wonderful doctor and is great with my kids. I do agree with other reviews about the rudeness of the staff. In my opinion, " If you're not a people person, then you have no business in the medical field."
horrible and annoying – This place is gross and the staff is very rude and not helpful at all before attenting me at the window first they finish their conversations with the other staff they are unproffesional and dont even listen to your concerns and try to make you do stuff thats inconvenient to you.
Horrible – VERY rude staff. Put you on hold for long periods of time and never come back online.
Horrible Place – If you just go to the office yourself you will see exactly what all the fuss is about. Then approach anyone who works there and find out for yourself exactly how unprofessional they are. The receptionist and nurses behind the desk was pulling out shoes that she had shopped for and waited to finish up her conversation before tending to any customer. This place is beyond trashy.
