My Iron level is 13 from bloodwork. Iron deficiency almost anemic. Bayshore was sent a referral request Dec 12. I received a call back frim Maxine Sunday Dec 21st at 8 pm. I was asleep. I called back twice on Monday Dec 22 and was told I would get a call back that day. No call. I also called Dec 30th and 31st. Each day I was told I would get a call back. It is Jan 2nd and still no call. Not a very professional organization. Don't go here
Utterly deplorable. Took 2 months, multiple calls and faxing over a referral form to not even get a call back from the clinic. Absolute mess. Ended up going with a different provider. Stay away.
I was at the Bayshore Clinic - Bloor West location this morning for my first infusion treatment to treat my RRMS. Christine was very kind and made my first infusion appointment feel at ease. Thank you so much!
