I do appreciate the help. But every week getting a new PSW is difficult for me because I have to go thru the routine with each person. I know staffing can be the problem and locations.
Terrible place to work for! I worked there for 4 years, min pay the entire time, then when they cancel a contract and no longer need you they make a horrible accusation and lie to fire you, don’t listen to you and they are terrible to their clients.

Bayshore is by far THE WORST home care company ever. We had so many issues with their workers causing sores, rashes, infections and open wounds yet anytime we spoke with Sue she always said "I will look into it" with no results. Thanks to this company, my 64 year old mom is stressed out above and beyond what anyone should be, my dad who is 71 is in pain with all the sores, rashes, infections, and this has cost us hundreds of dollars in medications to clear it up. Bayshore is extremely disorganized and totally unprofessional. There seems to be no system of communication in the office. I once cancelled a scheduled booking and when a replacement for my regular worker showed up I called to see what was going on. I was called a liar by the woman in the office who refused to contact her colleague with whom I had made the cancellation. This is just one example of the type of service I received over 5 years.
