Bay shore Dental at the Downtown Bay Centre have at least 4 heroic people working there as far as I am conserved. Behind the desk I was sincerely welcomed by Kaitlyn and Hannah who rescued me after seeing my usual dentist who wouldn’t fit me in or give me help and letting me wait until Monday for a referral to a specialist. I was accused of being late and I accuse them of disregarding my chart and my XRays and not providing me with timely help to avoid losing two expensive and important teeth. With many moves, I've had some okay dentists and some amazing ones. My first dentist in Victoria was awful. I switched to Bayshore Dental well over 5 years ago and have been pretty happy. It wasn't until my last visit that I was blown away. Dr. Regnier caught a bad filling and repaired it. I wasn't familiar when the way he froze my mouth. He spent a lot of time doing it. This is a terrible dentist!!! Verbally abusive to a mother supporting her child with disabilities!! Concerns about overbilling!!!
