Beware! This is the worst dealership. I brought my 2014 Jeep ecodiesel in originally in April 2022-May 9 2022. They kept it there no diagnostic, lied on me said I didn’t want to pay for a diagnostic even though I kept asking for it. When I just said I’m not leaving it to just sit there, I was told by the service manager I needed a new engine cause they had another one there in the shop with the same issue. If I could rate a ZERO, I would. I purchased a brand new Jeep in Decatur, and brought my Jeep to Greve for routine maintenance, via Jeep Wave maintenance package. Maintenance lied about rotating my tires, as required during Jeep Wave maintenance. This resulted in a need to purchase new tires - Greve maintenance manger admitted it was their fault for not properly rotating tires, but they refused to make it right. Instead they offered to split the cost of new tires with me. What a racket!!!! Hopefully Chrysler will handle this... read more
Do not buy cars here. They will sell you a car that wasn’t ready to be sold and will duck your calls when you ask them about the vehicle. When you ask for your money back they will try to put you in a more expensive vehicle and suggest an even swap for the inconvenience but change their mind at the last minute and try to make you pay an additional $17,000 and not give you fair value back on the original vehicle you haven’t taken possession of. I also traded in my vehicle so now I have no transportation 0/10 recommend
The service department is a joke they won't help you for nothing but a used car from them and I've had nothing but problems from the car they won't help you fix it even though they are the ones that messed up The salesman are liars The service department are liars I definitely would not recommend taking my car there at all or purchasing or dealing with them in any aspect
Do not trust this dealership!!!! I went to used car lot in Winchester, Ky, found a vehicle, asked the salesman for written quote of purchase price. I returned later to finish the sale and was taken to the Finance Manager for signing. He hurriedly went over the paperwork and was quickly laying the papers down for my signature and I regret my mistake of not reading every single line before signing.. i later reviewed and found 3 add-ons for warranties and service contracts. This dealership is horrible and does illegal transactions. I have bought a few cars from them. To make a long story short, my ex-boyfriend, Kevin B, traded my car in for another one in someone else’s name. They allowed it, Kevin signed his name to trade the car in. The car was supposed to be paid off in 10 days and someone at Danbury Jeep realized they couldn’t pay off the car, as I had the title. Do not even consider bringing your car here. My car went in on Jan 4 to have the ignition replaced with a OEM part since where I had purchased it from replaced it with an aftermarket one. No real issues no problem starting driving or stopping but wanted the fix done right so I went to a Dodge dealership. It took them over a week to replace the ignition and told me that the PMC and BMC needed to be reprogrammed but are in good condition so I spent over $1300 for an ignition issue, I drive it home that Friday night less than a... read more
Recently stopped by Westgate just window shopping. I was drawn in because of the incredible section. Quickly I found a Jeep that seemed to fit me perfectly. Mark one of the salesmen offered some assistance and worked hard to complete the deal for me quickly and fairly. I highly recommend this dealership.
