Do not do business with these people. If you are a person of color or just a good human, they are awful. I was hung up on and treated subhuman. They gave us a bad key and refused to speak to us. They can care less about your business once you purchase a car. Everyone is rude and leaves you on hold. All we wanted was a working key. They basically told us to kiss their a.. I guess I need to call my lawyer, it's the principle. Racist!

Six month old Jeep Grand Cherokee with no power and couldn't get me in for two weeks to look at it and no loaner until seen. Requested a manager to return a call for options and still waiting for that call back.

The service department is terrible at communicating and have no problem just screwing you on the price. I told them what another shop had already diagnosed. Asked them to check and let me know the price of the def sensor. They called to tell me the silly sensor is $800 plus $180 for labor to install and $180 to hook their scanner up and tell them what I told them. They are dishonest crooks. Service department too overwhelmed and not efficient with the work. Took vehicle in for oil change and battery test. Oil change is first come first serve. 1030 check in for oil change. Waiting in lobby still haven't moved car in the bay at 1130. Checked with attendant who said " because your battery is still under warranty we have to do a full diagnostic that takes 2-3 hours and maybe four if you have the stop and go feature. So start with this, in todays world true customer service has gone by the wayside and no one is ever really good at it. I get it. It’s hard to please everyone.and most customers expectations are way to high anyway. I myself am very easy until you cross me which is what we have here. during the purchase process it’s easy to leave a good review because getting a new car can fun. At least it should be. This place is abosolutely terrible. Their mechanics are utterly incompetent. They misdiagnosed my car and overcharged me $4,500 to replace a clutch that didn't require replacement. Their mechanic knowingly returned a car with defective repairs. instead of properly realigning the transmission, they caught two wiring harnesses between the transmission and the engine which resulted in mechanic only being able to install 2 of the 5 bolts needed to secure the transmission. 1 of those 2 bolts was cross threaded causing permanent d... read more

Purchased a used 21 Ram 2500 from out of state. Truck had a clean title but arrived with small dents and had body work done to one of the doors. My fault for not seeing it in person first but have had good luck with other dealers (Dave smith) while doing this. ONLY POSTING A STAR BECAUSE IM BEING REQUIRED TO! Took my vehicle in for an oil change in December, left with other issues. Reported issues and was told oh it's an air pocket it will work itself out it's fine. It wasn't! Service failed to bleed the line after changing my thermostat and that caused water sloshing in dash which then lead to a "leaking" radiator. Only to have my radiator go out and now no one at Thayer will admit fault despite being told by service manager that the sloshing did lead to the failed radiator. But ... read more
