ATTENTION ATTENTION DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP My wife had a scheduled appointment 2 weeks ago 8/07/23 to drop off our vehicle to be looked at. After she dropped it off we never once heard back from anyone, no matter how many phone call attempts my wife has made, nobody would answer the damn phones. 8 days later we finally here back from the service department personal to tells us that the repair will take a couple of days and that they will order the part and have it shipped overnight. Horrible customer service at the Jeep dealership. Kept my Jeep the first time for 10 days due to lack of parts and employees calling off work. Next time around, called in for a repair and was told that it would be the following week before they could get me in because of Technicians calling in sick. What the??? So I take it in a week later, and they keep it 3 days for a simple repair. Did not offer a loaner, kept making excuses. I own a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country with 161,000 miles on it. Recently, it was in need of a serious repair. This is my 2nd Town & Country. It has been well taken care of so I was particular about who was going to work on it. I could have had it serviced in Jacksonville but I have never had a good experience from that dealer. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle at all from Markquart Menomonie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in Menomonie, Wisconsin. I've brought my Jeep Patriot in four times to be fixed for the same problem, and they failed to fix it the first three times. On the fourth go, they insulted me with false accusations, and one of their employees even mocked me with a childish "wah-wah" sound while rubbing his eyes to fake crying.
