I needed another vehicle for my parents and Lawton Dodge Ram helped with reasonable monthly payments that fit my budget. They were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to stop by and speak to any of them.
I left my car for 3 days to do a checkup (oil change, tire rotation) and to diagnose a light that was up in the panel control. After 3 days, they diagnosed the problem, but they did nothing about the check up! I missed 3 days at work and I Had to come back another day to change the oil car. Unacceptable! When I talked to the manager, he also said was nothing wrong with that!
I recently brought my Pacifica van in for some scheduled maintenance and repair work on the A/C compressor. I have used Karmart for a long time and their service has always been good….. until now. Now the service is excellent!! It had been some time since I was there and I was amazed at the improvement in customer service. Thank you Karmart for a pleasant experience. I will be back.
We purchased a new Gladiator Rubicon. Milinda the sales person was awesome. Service department had to change out the back window due to a leak. They broke the back glass and scratched the paint all they way around the window and the bed of the Gladiator. They did not even clean up all the glass or dust all over the new interior. Bought a new jeep in July. I still don't have the title or license plates over two months later. They didn't process the paperwork with their third party or the state. They don't return phone calls. They make the sale, take your money and are done with you. I don't know what else to do at this point since they collected taxes on it but I can't get my license plates. This is crazy.
My partner and I have been trying to get a new vehicle for our business for the past 2 weeks and we ended up agreeing that the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Touring L was going to be the vehicle of our choice. I bought a used vehicle from Johnson motors and yes, I say used because I know it would not be perfect. I did ask them if I could get the scratches buffed out and they said yes. I took it in the next day, and I got it back looking worse than when I took it in. The detailer burned the back bumper with the buffer and the trim around the vehicle. Not a good experience visiting CDJR after end of the working day and getting insulted by the Manager. Wouldn't recommend that you visit this dealer, no communication skills at all and lack simple skills to run the dealership; took my info but refused to provide a quotation for a vehicle I was interested in, this all occurred with the manager, while speaking to me he was extremely abrupt, rude, and had no interest in discussing the vehicle to me.
