Stay away from the service center. They had my Jeep wrangler for 3 months for an engine swap. After all that time of patiently waiting, I picked up my Jeep and drove back home. On my returning drive to NYC I discovered a huge oil leak. Thankfully I was able to get it repaired in the City. My mechanic found that it was missing an actual bolt around the rear main seal (the place the engine and transmission connect). He even took a picture for me. When I told the service manager Lisa about my issue and experience she did not of... read more
