I went to this dealership with my daughter to look at a car for her. They lured us in with a low advertised price on the SUV that she was looking for. We were looking at a year old used car. They would not negotiate on the price of the car telling us that that advertised price was their bottom dollar. We accepted that because it was a good price. Bait and switch... I worked with a salesman for a week and a half on a deal we finally came to an agreement drove an hr and a half for them to tell me "we fucked up" those were the literal words they used.. they did the paperwork work and deal on a different vehicle, I had the whole deal in text messages and they refuse to honor the deal. So you sold an active serviceman's custom ordered Demon 170 right from under him so you could make another $50K from another service member. That is treasonous. I saw your statement that you were going to get him another Demon 170 to make it right. If you want to make it right custom order him the car he specified and present it to him at no cost. You should have your franchise cancelled.

My wife took our 2021 Chrysler Pacifica to the Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM service center due to the Uconnect Theater and back seat displays not working and the head rest of one of the Stow N Go seats not folding. We purchased the Pacifica from another dealer as used. She was told that the Pacifica was no longer covered by the 3 year/36,000 basic limited warranty. TLDR: sold me a car with pretty major front end damage they covered up on online advertisements, broken radio, belt whine, and broken airbox. but they did fix the belt and air box still trying to work with them to get it the structural damage fixed. Outside of their Service Department, I wouldn't deal with these guys. They claim to be transparent, but just go to any other Jeep Dealer within 50 miles and Goss Jeep prices are are substantially higher then their competitors. Save time and trouble and just shop somewhere else. Dont deal with Kristina Kingsbury or their Sales Manager Matt Shanks... Transparency is not what you'll get with them.

I bought a Ram 2500 Cummins and paid $1,200 for a 10 oil change service plan.... Got through 8 services, tech buy tells me on #8 i have 4 left...
