Service department was not able to correct several warranty issues on my GMC, went to a different dealership and they fixed everything first visit.

Buyer beware .....all fine when you are buying the vehicle and giving them your hard earned money but trying to get service after has been a nightmare! Buyer beware!

I have purchased many vehicles over the years.  This was absolutely the worse place I have bought a car! Salesman sucked. Never explained one thing about the car.. Took 2 mile test drive. Asked about oil changes. How many included. He thought 1. Finance dept told me there was no warranty on the vehicle. I would have to purchase a 6 yr 90,000. Found out from my brother who works for Chrysler jeep that it does have a 3 year 36000 mile Warrenty. Tried calling general manager 3 times. He wasn't there. Talked to assistant manager... read more

I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with the Jeep dealership in Englewood Cliffs. My vehicle was kept at their service center for an astounding five months, a period that far exceeded any reasonable expectation for repairs. THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER, WADE CALLED ME AND SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO WHAT HAPPENED AND SWITCH ME TO A NEW ONE.....THAT WAS 9:30 4:30 i MESSAGED HIM AND GOT I AM W CUSTOMERS AND BASICALLY (YOU DO NOT MATTER BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT INFRONT OF ME). SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID......AND SHOT MY CREDIT ALL OVER AND DROPPED MY SCORE. HORRIBLE, BROKEN PROMISES AFTER BROKEN PROMISES-RUN AWAY- DO NOT BUY HERE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a certified pre owned (CPO) Jeep from Fields. At the time of purchase, there were items that needed to be addressed and the GM (Mike Torre) agreed and set an appointment for the items which needed to be fixed, including the vehicle hood which was part of a Class-Action lawsuit recall that had not been addressed. Horrible place.horrible people horrible owners.i will never return to thos place and I don't recommend anyone else does either.they hide thousands of dollars in fees and hidden charges like uci and dynamic glass.the owner yells and talks to the salesmen like dogs and it's just very unprofessionsal.i hate being lied to and stolen from. Two thumbs down.

used to be a employee here dont come here!!! when you bring your car in they charge you a $20 shop fee to pay for coolant and windshield washer fluid if needed aka top off service. they only use water whenever i asked for coolant they would complain about cost and make us use water so i advise if u had service here get a coolant flush too much water is in your system. also service technicians are lazy if they dont want to work on your vehicle they will diag the problem if it takes too long to fix or doesnt pay out well they ... read more
