Sold illegal diesel truck with emission parts missing! Liars and thieves! Claimed to offer a deal to buy back $7k less then purchase but never calls back to facilitate this further! Avoids my calls, voicemails and emails!
Jeep is the worst service department first they lie to you when u buy the car, they promise you the world. My first service they gave me a list worth over $3000.
Took my truck in for a recall and found out that it had a second recall that they were also going to take care of. After getting the truck back it now has the a check engine light that states the ABS (Anti Lock Brakes) are not working correctly. I took it back to have them correct the issue and found that they could not get me in for three weeks. I have to give Jim Glover a 5 star review, Jerod Glover texted and call me and gave me top dollar for my trade in, It meant a lot for the owner of a business to call you and ask for your business, And Jerod E. and Ricky C. were of great help in not only walking me through the trans action but answered all my questions, I meet Brooklynn as well in the service dept and will be looking forward to getting my Jeep serviced through her as well.
