We own a 2017 Santa Fe, which we bought at Fitzgerald‘s. All of a sudden no sound came from the radio, and we brought it in to the service department. They did a diagnostic test and charged us $220, fair enough, and identified the problem as a blown amplifier that needed to be replaced. They said the part would be $1500 and would take them two hours to remove the old one and install a new one which would result in a charge of $550, about $2000 all in all. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING! The truck with the stock number N159413A as of 08/15/2024 is listed as $29,000, but when I got there, the price was changed to $36,000. The same truck was appraised by KBB, Edmunds, and JD Power to be 19,000-23,000. Better yet the same truck was appraised by another dealer at $19,000. The best part, though, is they wanted me to pay the $6,000 in repairs so that I could buy it too.
