Made an appt for 10 A. M. for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and 2 Front Shocks replaced under warranty. Called at 3:30 to check on the status. Not going to be able to service your vehicle today, we will try tomorrow.. What is the point in making an appt then. Left me vehicle there for basically the whole day for nothing to be done to it. I had a very poor experience. My salesperson was Wyatt. I was ready to purchase a truck Saturday 9/21. The truck was a red dodge ram. I was told the truck was a single owner vehicle owned by an older man who kept the car garaged and rarely driven. I live 80 miles from the dealer and had to be sure the truck was in very good condition before I committed to the purchase. I have been a customer of this dealership for over 15 years. I have purchased 4 vehicles here and had those vehicles maintained at their service department. Throughout those years, Brian, the GM and Paul in the service department have provided superior service. Lithia had my daughter's car for 5 months!!! Took them 2 months to call her and tell her they lost her keys!! As I'm writing this her car is now at Sterling Chevrolet in Navasota tx repairing what it took Lithia 5 months AND STILL HASN'T ORDERED HER KEY!! AND SERVICE MANAGER NOW REFUSES TO SPEAK TO ME!! AFTER SALE SUCKS! I HATE I SENT MY DAUGHTER THERE TO BUY HER CAR 💔

This is an unfortunate and disheartening story. We had no choice but to inform the bank to freeze and cancel a $40K check made out to Napleton Clermont due to significant discrepancies with the 2023 Tesla Model Y we purchased. Let Jerrys body shop work on my car. I was told they would take out small scratches and dents up to 6 of them for free. Car had been there for 4 days and started to get requests for a review. Since i didnt have the car back i didnt do one. They also were pressuring me for the insurance check even tho they werent finish with the job. I got the car back and they didnt do any extras as promised. A bunch of liars.

I would just like to warn the world about this dealership. My experience was a complete disaster. They will offer you or refer you to vehicles that have issues and concerns. I purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from these people. The sales manager even recommended this vehicle to me after the first vehicle he sold me broke down due to an oil leak.
