My wife is away in Massachusetts for the weekend and she is experiencing a lot of problems with her Jeep Grand Cherokee. The windshield wipers won't turn off, the directional is not working and the dashboard alerts are going crazy with airbag notifications, SOS call notifications. Don't buy from this dealership!!! Not unless you want lied to by Justin Taylor and the finance people. They say they will bring a Jeep in for you on a specific day but they don't do anything for a week and then high pressure you and play you against a 'planted' customer that 'puts in a bid for it to force you into a sale then their $ doesn't happen so it forces you to buy it cuz they harrass your phone til I had to block Justin. WARNING if you plan to buy from this dealership, you WILL regret it. I was sold an $80k truck with what I was told was a manufacture's defect in the leather passenger's seat, that I was assured would be repaired/ replaced upon completion of sale. I left finance and went directly to service where pictures were taken, parts were ordered and I was told it would be repaired as soon as parts came in. Seems the GM Charles Dodd wants to question the integrity of his customers when it is he that can't train his staff. Had to have a refund initiated and they failed to refund the sales tax. Pretty scammy Charlie Dodd. Is that how you make extra money? One must question your integrity and ethics.
This place is a joke. I bought a truck from them on Monday drove the vehicle for 70 miles and it breaks down on me. I message them when I was stuck on the side of the road to tell my sales person Billy Bates what happened his response was that's what you get when you buy a used vehicle. Beware of sales department. Cody was very pleasant and accommodating through text and phone calls regarding the purchase of a new 2024 Jeep Gladiator Willys. Their price was discounted the LEAST off MSRP than any other dealership, but they had the color we wanted. We had a discount code from Jeep.com for $1000 and qualified for an addition $500 rebate.
