Beware of Hollywood Chrysler Jeep when shopping on line. The advertised price does not include Tag Tax & Title, which is normal. What is different, in a bad way, is their excessive fees, listed in the disclaimer description. "$999.99 Pre-Delivery Fee, $399.99 Electronic Filing Fee, and Pre-Installed LoJack, Appearance Protection, and Etch Theft Deterrent totaling $1,397.00. See dealer for details." Dishonest sales methods. They advertised a vehicle for sale, email said it was available. Drove to dealership to find out they didn’t have possession of said vehicle. Was told they would have it Monday and they Refused a deposit. Called salesman on Monday, never called back. Email on Tuesday said vehicle is here and I asked for a. Callback. No callback. Called Wednesday and was told the vehicle was sold. Traditional bait and switch. I’ll never go back.

Bought a 2019 ram Tradesman Dec.21,2024 It had a check engine light that they said they would figure out and repair. There was no contact or info from them until i initiated it. Constant excuses. It was finally available for pickup on Jan.09,2025. Was told of their 15 day, 500 mile warranty .On the 21rst ,379 miles later check engine light is back. I have never written a negative review in my life but I feel like people should definitely be warned about this business. I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 limited from them right before Christmas that had right at 71,000 miles on it. I was assured that it had new tires and had been thoroughly inspected - the only issue that they had found was that the sensors were broken so the check oil light is always on.
