So today i noticed that i was accused of having poor behavior when dealing with my car. The dealership smashed my bumper on there lot, then tried to blame it on a fictional tow truck. They tried to avoid paying for my transmission and when they finally did replace it. the refurbished transmission failed. Yes they refurbished your old parts to make money by selling them back to you. BEWARE OF BOB CALDWELL IN COLUMBUS OHIO. THEY ARE NOT FULLY DISCLOSING SOME OF THEIR USED AUTO SALE VEHICLES DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY TO COVER THE JEEP/DODGE FLAWED BUBBLING PAINT ISSUES. I HAVE A LOW MILE JEEP WRANGLER THAT HAS BUBBLING PAINT AND THE VEHICLE IS NOT COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURE WARRANTY SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS ORIGINALLY TITLED IN CANADA AND NOW IN THE USA THIS IS NOT COVERED AND BOB CALDWELL DEALERSHIP DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS TO ME. BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS BOB CALDWELL DEALER IN COLUMBUS OHIO.
Bought a 2019 ford p/u they took advantage of my age , I thought being a dealer they would give a fair deal. Wanted 36000 added 2000 because I paid cash. then took my 2005 dodge 2500 diesel that drove and run great told me not worth more than 6000. Next day listed it for 17500. Had truck 3month noticed knocking when first starting in morning,call they said as is sale. Another 3months trans goes out same no help. Got checking truck it was bought at auction in New York. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM………
I'd give zero stars if an option. Do not buy here !!! Robbie Harris in finance makes guarantees and statement he won't keep. Once you have purchased a truck, he won't even call you back !!! lies lies lies !!!! we also purchased the vehicle late evening. We were told to bring back and they would detail with free ceramic coating. We dropped it off and after "detailing" the truck still had all the blue quality marks on it. Make the sale, that's all they care about !!!!

Do not take your vehicle to this dealership for service. I took my Jeep there to solve a problem with the rear hatch not locking. I was provided a ridiculously high estimate for repair which I declined. I then had to pay $95 for their technicians diagnostic efforts. I don't believe they expended any efforts to diagnose the problem but instead just assumed the fix was the same as hundreds of other vehicles with a similar problem.
