Horrible. Waited for hours and someone to test drive my trade in to tell us I didn't qualify for discounts. Vehicle online priced for 64000, guy came out with a quote that started at 75000. I said what about the 64000 we had been talking about all this time. He said your ouy of State and dont qualify for the discounts. 10000 over what was listed online and then only quotes me 1000 dollars for my 10000 dollar car. There people are evil con artists. Would never recommend or deal with ever again.

Absolutely the worst people to ever work for, except for Mike young who has been an amazing help. Was employed for a month and a half with no help, no training, and constantly battling the management. I’ve been in the business for a long time, and this is the first time I’ve had my own clients go back to Nissan in temple (which are amazing people through and through) because I know they won’t be treated the same way as they should be treated. My son has been jerked around for over a week about his vehicle being fixed and it still isn't fixed and the excuse is the mechanic who started the work isn't available and no one else will know how to put it back together. Btw the part he has been waiting on was broken by the mechanic in fixing what it was taken in for. Also they have not once communicated with him he has had to call to check on it. Would never recommend this business

I have been going to this dealership since 2000 when I bought a Dodge Stratus and I just bought my second Dodge Charger SXT yesterday. James Martinez, my sales person, has made this process unbelievably easy and his team is the best. Angel Torres did my financing and made so easy. I highly recommend this dealership for the best customer service ever.

This dealership is a rip off we called on a truck and made the deal for a cash buy out the door drove 2 hours the next day to finish the paper work drove the truck came back to finish up paper work they added 2000 dollars more to the cost then what we agreed on over the phone and if that wasn't enough we saw were they raise the cost of the truck another 800 dollars on the sale site they use and that was Market Place.. RIP OFF and very dishonest

Service department isn't very knowledgeable. Want you to purchase repair services that vehicle doesn't necessarily need. Can't order parts that you do need. Would not recommend taking a vehicle to them.

After helping me pick out a great Grand Cherokee for the missus a while ago, when it was time for my daughter to get her "Dream Jeep we went back to see Greg Stanton, the Jeep Expert. He knew his inventory and after to listening to my daughter, he drove a Wrangler Unlimited up to the door and put a plate on it so we could test-drive it. This dealership is not good we were in Florida for a vacation and our front calipers broke we went to the service team and they sent an estimate to our warranty back in Canada for $4800.  We took the truck to an independent garage and had the work done for $1600 without warranty coverage because Posner Parks price was so out to lunch

I had an appointment at 11am on Friday but the main boss doesn't care about his customers just to jump in line and have my appointment pushed back till Monday don't make sense to have appointments and then to do that bad service.
