Great business to work with! I have a recall on my Rubicon and called to see if they had time on Saturday to do the work. Absolutely was the answer. I then received an e-mail stating I still had 2 free oil changes and a tire rotation from when I purchased the vehicle. I didn't purchase the jeep from Enumclaw, but they are still going to do my free oil changes. When i get ready for my new jeep next year we will be going through them.
Purchased a newer used vehicle from Roger’s in Lewiston November 2025, the sales staff reached out and helped remedy a maintenance issue that they were not even obligated to fix and for that I give this dealership a 5 star rating. I would also highly recommend doing future business with this dealership.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Key Auto Newcastle dealership. My 21 Grand Cherokee Jeep has been sitting on their lot for over six months due to an electrical issue that they still haven’t repaired. During this time, the service department has gone through multiple managers, and every one of them has given me a different story. Sean Childrey, the service manager, is a real piece of work. He presented himself like he cares, even gave me his cell phone number if I needed anything. And then as soon as I contacted him for the help he promised, he never responded and blocked my number. Real winner.
if you buy a Dodge make sure you don't buy it here - liars and cheats . Piss poor customer service and full of crap
Went vehicle shopping for my wife and found a car we liked. Once we sat down to talk numbers, the salesperson brought us their offer, and we started negotiating. Back in March, the wife and I decided we were going to buy a new car since our old one was turning into a money pit. We found one we liked at a dealership that had 4.6/5 stars. We have been very disappointed with their service department at Lithia. We had the car in for regular oil changes and defective lights and mentioned several times about the car having trouble to shift into reverse. But they always said we can't help you there is no code showing up. Now we actually had the light show up and it was giving them a code for the transmission, our warranty was expired!
