Dr. Richards and the staff have been really good to our cat and us while we go through this difficult time figuring out what is going on with our fur baby. I just can't say enough about Dr Newman and the staff here! My little Pepe went in petrified, shaking like a little girl but before it was over well you can see yourself. He's a big sucker for a pretty girl even if she does stick him with needles! She just took her time and was so patient with my little boy. He loved her before it was over as you can see :-) :-). My little boy has found a new doctor! Super duper thanks and kudos to you girl for conquering him

The most incredible experience, wonderful staff, and Dr's. Lisa Neuman and Vanessa Richards are as good with the pets as they are with the pet owners. We've been coming to Dr. Neuman since very shortly after she opened the practice, and none of our pets have gone to another vet. There is no office better. We love them.
Thank you all so much for taking care of our little adopted man, Wrangler (bulldog). He loves seeing his Vet/staff & you guys are so sweet & patient and take good care of us :)!
Dr. Newman and her staff are the best! They have genuine love and compassion for our family's pets.
My experience with both Dr. Richards and Neuman has been excellent after our first few appointments. My dog is always out and about at the dog park, day care, and anywhere I can take him so they informed me of the rise of Dog Flu recently so I was proactive in getting him vaccinated. Luckily I did as several new cases have popped up and my Day Care is requiring it now!
