Dr. Richards is the best Vet My pup has ever had!!! He is normally terrified of the vets office and has high anxiety around people he doesn’t know. Dr. Richards made my pup trust her within seconds! She did a full body exam without him even knowing! He thought they were just playing. Not to mention the entire staff there is so welcoming!! I would highly recommend this vet office to anyone I know! 5 stars!
The most caring doctors and staff. I have been taking my pets to Bayshore Animal Hospital for 7 years and have been so pleased with the care and love given to all my pets. I highly recommend their services for all pet needs, Thank you for the love given to Chichi in his final moments. We love all of you for your compassion and love given to our pets.
We had to put our sweet Ali to rest today and as much as it hurt i can not thank Dr Richards and her staff enough for the compassion and patience during the process. She explained each step and I was able to take my time saying goodbye. Forever our new vet office for our other dog ❤️ 10/10 recommended!
Dr Richards and the staff at Bayshore have always been very kind and compassionate whenever we have needed them. They carefully explain everything they think needs to be done and what to expect for costs. Great warm hearted people.
Both Dr. Richards & Dr. Neuman have been nothing but the best when it came to My fur-kiddos, Finley & Gator. One of the best veterinary offices I have ever been with. The office staff, along with everyone else are positive and helpful when you have any questions. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Dr. Vanessa Richards is got a ♥️ of gold for her patients. Duke loves her! We’ve been worried the last seven months about different issues with him and she knew how to be creative at the different options for us that we could afford. Today he is following me everywhere like he normally does and is so happy! I cannot thank Bayshore Animal Clinic enough for all they do. Molly, Britney all the girls are amazing!!
