I loved this facility. The staff was very friendly. They had a lot of activities for the patients and let guests be involved with those activities. Patients could go outside if they wanted. They were able to have some independence which kept morale up. This place was great.

Employees are very polite and pleasant. I find them eager to please and assist. The facility is very clean. My only complaint had been the noise in my friend’s. room when the staff were helping the neighbor. When someone is trying to sleep respect suggest acknowledging that by lowering voices. Also I could never be a patient there because of the TVs being on. Again the neighbors. That could be an easy fix if the TVs came with a headset. Not everyone wants a tv on all the time. Make sure you are able to have family there to watch over your loved one and advocate for them!! My father entered rehab in decent shape and was dead less than three weeks later. During that time, not one person mentioned that they saw his health decline! He had PT and OT 5x's a week, wound care, nurses in/out, etc. Not one person? I, his daughter, live across the country and noticed he was slurring his words and the nurses station kept telling me he was fine!
