We had a few different landscaping companies working on our small community for the past 14 years. We got Bayscape this year. They are the most laziest people I have ever seen. They refused to collecting leaves, just blowing them under the bush, or in front of my door, so the street looked clean. Don't hire them!
I worked for this company for about 2 weeks a few years back I came from Bright view landscape with crew lead experience, coming from a giant corporate company to bay scape was very hard although I loved the family environment, I made the mistake by going back to bright view and ended up quitting, I’m now a commercial truck driver but definitely would love to work for bay scape as a last resort if ever given the chance
These maintenance employees just sit in the parking lot all morning to 3pm at 27 University Avenue Palo Alto. They don’t do any land scraping over here and they stare and make comments RUDE. They hang out in the macArthur Park restaurant all day. Sitting on there back of the trucks.
