Amazing jeweler! He repaired the prongs on my wedding ring, cleaned and repaired another ring and brilliantly repaired my broken mother's ring! It looks like a brand new ring! They have an amazing story and history. So kind, friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this jeweler to everyone!

This is the place to go for watch repairs. The owner is super knowledgeable and the customer service is outstanding. We brought in a 50 year old watch with sentimental value that a Wichita watch repair place damaged when replacing the battery (with a wrong size battery that damaged the gear. Unfortunately, the parts were no longer made, but Bay was kind enough to explain what the isssue was with our watch in great detail.
