I would go lower if I could. 5 pages of repetitive questions, many not applicable to chiropractic. I was told to answer them or he would not see me. When I voiced my opinion I was told it was not the right office for me. When I asked for my paper work back, I had to insist it belonged to me. He extremely reluctantly gave it to me, and very angrily told me he never wanted to see me in his office again!

my husband passed away 2-4-15 I notified your office on 2-16-15 after numerous calls I have been told check 9236 was mailed on 3-27-15. you expect payment on the time of his visit and yet its been over 2 months and I have yet to receive the refund of $40.00. If you call and ask for billing the receptionist should put you through to billing not try to answer it herself, the question I asked she put me on hold asked billing then she told me what billing had said. My last call was on 4-20-15 asked them to check with their bank ... read more
