I had an excellent experience renting at the Bayou Downtown U-Haul. Bryan provided impeccable customer service and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The truck was spotless, very well maintained, and everything worked perfectly. Even the add-ons—which I’ve had issues with at other locations in the past—were all available and in great condition.
