Very bad service from the new administration, apart from that (the woman with red hair and the manager) it doesn't solve anything, they are arrogant, I don't recommend living here at all!

Wish I could give no stars. Moved into a 2 bdrm on the first floor in June and it’s been flooding every time it rains. Mgmt says you can get out of your lease of you want instead of trying to fix the issue. They charge erroneous $150 water bills with no allocation calculations to justify the billing, mind you I don’t even have a washer and dryer in my unit and it’s just my wife and I.
