Absolutely the worst. Look at the reviews. They also have fake positive reviews. I tried every avenue to meet this company half way. The management company Q-10 will exhaust every channel to gives you the run around even when they themselves know that they are in the wrong. The CEO of the company even told me in email that if them it’s a waste of time and I never even said I was going to sue them. Their customer service made me feel comfortable and genuinely valued. I really appreciate how kind and professional they were. Definitely a great first impression of Bayou Park Apartments!
Dealing with significant roach issues - the female pest control tech did nothing but walk in and spray in one spot. I still have an issue with mice as well and no one has helped despite the fact that I have been here for years with no issues. Disgusting treatment and management does not care about the wellbeing of tenants.
