Wish I could give no stars. Moved into a 2 bdrm on the first floor in June and it’s been flooding every time it rains. Mgmt says you can get out of your lease of you want instead of trying to fix the issue. They charge erroneous $150 water bills with no allocation calculations to justify the billing, mind you I don’t even have a washer and dryer in my unit and it’s just my wife and I. Roach infested doesn't even cover it. The place needs to be condemned. I'll never forget moving out, getting the place profesiionally deep cleaned to hopefully get my deposit back and coming back to completely clean apartment with roaches still climbing the walls in every room. I'm still trying to get rid of them in my new place. And God forbid you want any information from the people at the front desk. There’s a reason the only somewhat positive reviews are from people touring the complex and have never lived here. I don’t even hold food or cook anymore, and still find roaches in my trash, fridge, etc. I have lived in various cities with no problem, and cannot believe I ended up in such a disgusting place. I have had my tires stolen, previous tenants coming and knocking at the door around 11pm, etc. Cannot wait for my lease to end!
