Fixing to apply to these apartments despite the somewhat scary reviews. Will be updating my review during/after my experience.
The price of the apartments is absolutely excellent. But there always seems to be trash backed up in front of the compactor. The neighbors around me smoke marijuana and my apartment smells like smoke. UPDATE- my 1 br went up to $1,100- Domino's won't even deliver there. The property was missing many window shutters and siding was horrible. Thanks to a storm- they apparently claimed it was because of the storm and made badly needed repairs... but raise the rent and change the name??? Insane.
