Did my application when they had a special offer. Literally came up there so many times to check on my application. Yet the last day of the special offer, denied. They knowingly knew this was my last opportunity.
After staying for a year or more, I realized that the rent was too high. I was paying 1300 at first then it went up 1400. The apartment is not up-to-date. I had noisy neighbors that lived upstairs. They would wrestle and beat on the floor. I reported this several times but nothing was done. Working with the staff at Bayou Landing Apartments has been nothing short of outstanding. Always friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the property a great community. They go above and beyond to make their residents feel heard and appreciated.
