Our A/C went out late at night and one of the maintenance workers, Mr.John, came out and fixed it that same night. He was very polite and we are glad he was able to fix it, especially late at night.
Had an appointment and showed up to a locked door and no acknowledgment to reschedule even when I have them my email and phone #. I sat for 15 mins and still nothing called multiple times and no one picked up just a bad first impression overall.
Fixing to apply to these apartments despite the somewhat scary reviews. Will be updating my review during/after my experience.
