My Wife took my 2021 explorer platinum in for its complementary oil change and now I realized I should have taken it to jiffy lube and told them to dump 5 gallons of oil on top my engine and tear off my under liner. This is atrocious how do you get oil on top of the intake.
Terrible customer service! I bought my truck a few years back and now I need a part to pass inspection, however, they will not help. Very unprofessional, I recommend you go anywhere else, the staff is lazy and unprofessional.
I've brought my car here three times in the past year to get my oil changed. This time, I decided to go to a different place because it's closer to my home. Well, it turns out that this dealership has been lying about changing my oil and filter since 12,000+ miles and I have the sticker on my windshield right now that says I brought it in August 2024 and the recommended next oil change is 40,000. They've been lying about service every single time. Do NOT trust these people.🤬
